IX Heavens Shipping Policy  

IX Heavens strives to provide fast and reliable shipping for our products. This Shipping Policy explains our policies and procedures for shipping.

Shipping Information
IX Heavens is based in Brazil and thus certain because outsourced have international shipping rates applied. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, origin and destination of the product.

Shipping Methods

We use the following shipping methods:
Standard Shipping: Delivery within 7 business days
Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 3-4 business days for non-customizable items. 

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on the weight and destination of the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Processing Time
Custom Printed Orders are processed within 48-72 hours receipt. If there is a delay in processing your order, we will notify you by email.

Order Tracking

Jewellery Custom Orders: May take up to six weeks depends on wait time since this is a handmade special order.

Jewellery Non Custom:  
We provide order tracking information for all orders. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We also do not ship to certain countries due to legal restrictions or limitations.

International Shipping
International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the origin and destination country. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may be incurred.

Lost or Damaged Packages
IX Heavens is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during shipping. If you have not received your package within the expected delivery time, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
