IX Heavens Refund and Return Policy

IX Heavens strives to provide high-quality products and services to its customers. We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and you may need to return a product or request a refund. This Refund and Return Policy explains our policies and procedures for refunds and returns.

Products Eligible for Refunds and Returns
We accept returns and refunds for the following products:

Non-customizable: We accept returns and refunds for non-customizable products purchased through the IX Heavens website within 30 days of the purchase date.

Return Process
To return a physical product, please follow these steps:

Contact us at support@ixheavens.com to request a return authorization.
Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including any documentation, manuals, or accessories that were included.
Ship the product back to us at the address provided in the return authorization email.
To receive a refund for a digital product, please contact us at support@ixheavens.com, and we will process your refund after  receiving confirmation that product is returned via shipping.

Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will issue the refund via check.

Non-Refundable Products


The following products are not eligible for refunds or returns:

Customized or personalized products
Products that have been damaged, altered, or abused
Products that have been downloaded or accessed

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns or refunds are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was received damaged or defective.
